The Chef de Bureau, located in Rotterdam, will be responsible for technical support of the design and project teams. The office runs 25-30 projects of various size and scope simultaneously, ranging from competitions to projects nearing completion. You will actively support the teams with technical and design issues and have a strong focus on problem solving.

Requirements:
- Deep technical expertise and 15+ years of relevant experience
- Personable, with a hands-on approach
- Masters degree in architecture, design or master-planning
- Experience in all phases of design
- Fluent in English (preferably native)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-disciplined and confident in a complex environment
- Thorough understanding of the economic and political environments OMA operates in
- Skilled in AutoCAD and 3D modeling programs and Adobe Creative Suite
